OPEN Ealing arts centre is expanding

This week the community based arts centre on the Uxbridge Road (opposite Fire Station) has launched its second dance studio.

There are now two studios for different purposes. The original studio has a vinyl floor for classical, contemporary and jazz classes. It also has mirrors and barres for these classes. The new studio has a hard floor suitable for high impact classes such as Zumba, Street, etc and also ballroom.

In addition to dance there are yoga and pilates classes.
The studios are run for the community and therefore the rental reflects this objective at only £20 per hour.

However, there is free space during the daytime and OPEN is hoping to entice professional dance companies in for their rehearsals.

The spaces are also used by theatre/drama groups for rehearsals and auditions.
