Outlines objectives for hospitals it manages including Ealing
The vision of the new plan is "quality at our HEART"

The trust that manages hospitals in the area, including Ealing has published a new five-year strategy.
London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust (LNWH) says that the document, Our Way Forward, outlines how it aims to put quality at the heart of health care.
As well as Ealing, LNWH manages Central Middlesex, Northwick Park and St. Mark’s hospitals providing hospital care for people in Ealing, Brent and Harrow.
Four new objectives focus on care, employment, non-clinical services, and partnerships, supported by its new vision: quality at our HEART.
Chief Executive Pippa Nightingale said, “I’m proud to present Our Way Forward, and with it we’re introducing our new vision: quality at our HEART.
“We chose quality at our heart because our local people told us they want a high-quality experience whenever they see us. Our teams tell us our values of honesty, equity, accountability, responsibility, and teamwork, are essential to the way we work together.
“Our Way Forward was a real team effort with over 3,000 contributions from patients, partners, and teammates. I want to thank everyone who got involved.”
Wembley Central councillor and chair of the north west London Joint Health Overview and Scrutiny Committee, Ketan Sheth, said, “We are fortunate to have a local NHS trust that realises it can only understand its purpose, strengths, and weaknesses through the perspectives of those who use its services.
“Our Way Forward demonstrates this clearly and shows LNWH is committed to working with partners for the benefit of our local people.”
