Traffic brought to a standstill
There were big delays in Hanwell this morning (4th Jan) after a woman was hit by a vehicle at the junction of Boston Road and Uxbridge Road.
Ambulance offcers were called to the scene at around 6.25am.
A spokesman for London Ambulance Service said the woman - thought to be in her 50s - was taken to St Mary's Hospital in Paddington, where she was treated for head and back injuries.
