25-year old faces 2 charges following the Virgin Airways flight in August
A woman from Ealing Common has been charged with assault after allegedly grabbing a male air steward and demanding sex.
Uxbridge magistrates heard that Katherine Goldberg was flying from South Africa to Heathrow in August when the incident happened.
The 25-year-old is charged with one count of sexual assault on a male and another of being drunk in an aircraft.
Prosecutor Stella Waata described how Miss Goldberg had 'sexually assaulted one of the crew members by demanding to have sex with him and grabbing his crotch area'.
'She was believed to have drunk at least 50 centilitres of whisky,' she added.
Goldberg was granted unconditional bail until she appears at the same court on September 22.
