Green Man Lane Estate: Public Meeting
Wednesday 24th March

Find out more about the plans for the Green Man Lane Estate at our public meeting on Wednesday 24th March at Ealing Centre for Independent Living, 1 Bayham Road (corner with Bedford Road) from 7.30 – 9.30pm

The £137million redevelopment of the Green Man Lane Estate is the most important change to West Ealing for a generation and will affect all our lives. West Ealing Neighbours is holding this meeting as it wants to ensure all local residents have the opportunity to get as much information as possible about these plans. Come along to our meeting to find out more and raise your questions. Everyone is welcome.

What’s proposed in the new development:
• Increase from 464 homes to 721 homes
• 1200 additional residents
• No new healthcare, education or police station
• No new or expanded St John’s School
• Separate gated communities for private, shared ownership and rented homes
• Sale of 11.5 acres of public land
• More possible ‘road rage’ with two new roads delivering more cars on to Endsleigh and Felix Roads

More details of the plans can be found on Ealing Council’s website at www.ealing.gov.uk or in Room 58 on the ground floor of Perceval House. You can also look on our website under ‘Green Man’ and ‘News’ at www.westealingneighbours.org.uk

You have until 1st April to send your comments to Ealing Council.
