33 year old man collapsed close to the finish line
A runner who collapsed and needed emergency CPR close to the finish line of the Ealing Half Marathon has died in hospital.
The 33-year-old man suffered a heart attack about a mile from the end of the 13.1mile course and was helped by a fellow runner - a Doctor - before being given treatment by paramedics in Lammas Park.
He was rushed to Hammersmith Hospital but sadly it's been announced that he has died.
