Labour Convenes Emergency Council Meeting

New administration wants to stop privatisation of Ealing Homes

An extraordinary council meeting has been called for May 18th to stop the privatisation of Ealing's housing management.

Ealing Homes is an arms length management organisation (ALMO) and manages 19,000 council homes (including 5,000 leaseholders) in Ealing on behalf of the council.

Ealing Homes is run by an independent board of directors but Ealing Council is its only shareholder and remains the landlord of the homes.
