Trial date set for February next year

A man's appeared at the Old Bailey accused of shooting dead a former gang member and critically injuring his partner in West Ealing.

Daniel Bidace-Anthony, 29, of Finborough Road, West Brompton, is said to have blasted Dothan Gordon, 32, in his home on June 20th last year.

The victim's wheelchair-bound partner Agatha Nottingham, 28, was also shot during the attack in Felix Road, West Ealing.

Mr Gordon, who was known as ‘Sonny’ or ‘Don’, was thought to have been a member of a gang from Kensal Green.

Bidace-Anthony denied charges of murder, attempted murder and possessing a firearm with intent to endanger life and was remanded in custody. A trial date was set for February 4, 2013.
