Former Ealing Council Leader Conservative Jason Stacey was somewhat bemused to receive a letter from the Labour leader in-waiting David Miliband MP congratulating him on Labour's success in Ealing.

Whoops.

It should have gone to the new Labour leader Councillor Julian Bell of course.
