Three in Court Over Mistreatment of Ealing Care Home Residents


It follows CID investigation in Southall

Three people have been charged with a total of 10 offences relating to mistreatment of residents at an Ealing Care Home.

In follows an investigation dating back to 8 September 2010 when police received information about Dormers Well Lodge on Telford Road, UB1.

In November 2010 three people were arrested, and on July 7th Pashi SAHOTA, age 57 of Southall, was charged with five offences under Section 44 of the Mental Capacity Act 2005; Sonika LIMBU, age 25 of Hayes, was charged with three offences under Section 44 of the Mental Capacity Act; Ahir Kulwinder, age 33 of Twickenham was charged with three offences under Section 44 of the Mental Capacity Act.

They were bailed to Friday 15th July 2011 for a first appearance at Ealing Magistrates Court.
