Man Arrested After Northolt Stabbing


Helicopter air lifts victim from scene at Wilsmere Drive

A man in his twenties has been seriously injured after being stabbed in Northolt on Sunday evening (10 June).

The police were called to the scene at Wilsmere Drive just after 7pm where they found the victim.

A helicopter from the London Air Ambulance service attended and he was taken to a major trauma centre.

Another man was arrested at the scene and was taken into custody at a West London police station.

The injured man was taken to hospital where his condition is now described as not life-threatening or life-changing.

CID officers based at Ealing are investigating.


Enquiries continue to establish the full circumstances.
 

There were two other stabbings in London on the same evening, in Brixton and Harrow but the incidents are not believed to be related.
