Two Teenagers Charged with Northolt Stabbing


Boys aged sixteen and seventeen accused of murdering Abdullahi Tarabi

Two teenage boys have been charged in connection with the murder of Abdullahi Tarabi last Tuesday (11 April) in Northolt.

The pair were both charged with murder and possession of a pointed or bladed article. They will appear in custody at Hendon Magistrates' court on Saturday, 15 April.

The younger boy was arrested this Thursday and the other the following day. 19-year-old Abdullahi died of stab wounds after being attacked in Newnham Close at around 3.20pm. He was taken to hospital but died two hours later.

Abdullahi attended the West London Academy (now Alec Reed Academy). A report in the Evening Standard states that his family were present as paramedics treated him for over an hour.

Detectives from the Homicide and Major Crime Command, led by Detective Chief Inspector Andy Partridge are investigating.
