Appeal Made After Serious Assault in Southall


Unprovoked attack made in Domino's Pizza

Police are appealing for to help in locating four individuals in connection with an assault in Southall in September.

On Tuesday 4 September at approximately 12:30am police were called to reports of a man injured outside a Domino's Pizza in Lady Margaret Road, Southall. The victim was working at the venue where some men were ordering some food.

One of the suspects tried to access a staff restricted area. When he was asked to leave an altercation ensued. The victim was then surrounded by the suspects, hit with a bottle and kicked. He sustained head injuries for which he required hospital treatment.

The suspects are described as Asian men, aged between 18 - 35 years. Two of the suspects were wearing red t-shirts, one a distinctive 'Adidas' t-shirt.

A third man was wearing a bright a purple t-shirt and green combat-type trousers and a black baseball cap. The fourth suspect was wearing a light coloured jacket over a black shirt and trousers.

PC Mary Purcell, Ealing CID, said: "This was a nasty unprovoked attack on a man going about his job. We appeal to anyone who may know the whereabouts of these individuals or have any information about this incident to contact us on 020 8721 7019. In an emergency always dial 999."
