Motorcyclist Crashes into Lamppost on A40

A motorcyclist has been seriously injured after a collision on the A40 this morning (Friday 10 June).

As some point before 4.46am, the 46-year-old man hit a lamppost while travelling west near to RAF Northolt.

At this stage, police officers do not believe any other vehicle was involved.

However, they are appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision to call police at Alperton on 020 8991 9555.
