The Summit Suite At Kew Eye Tower
Floor 25 (known as The Viewing Gallery) at the top of Kew Eye Tower, Great West Quarter, Brentford, has been acquired from Barratt London by the long-established Brentford based business Vokins Chartered Surveyors (VCS). The floor will be re-named The Summit Suite at Kew Eye Tower.
The Summit Suite enjoys panoramic 360 degree views, to include Central London to its east; Kew Gardens and Surrey to the south; Heathrow airport and the Thames Valley to the west, plus Wembley Stadium and beyond to the north.
The building is one of the tallest in West London, being complete in 2014 by award winning architects Assael.
VCS plans to move its headquarters to The Summit Suite. Award winning interior designer Renata Sa of SA Design has been appointed to review and design the layout of the space. The Summit Suite will be designed to provide for pre-booked education, seminars, corporate educational events and meetings etc, whilst simultaneously allowing VCS operate its business from the floor.
John Vokins explains the thought process behind the new name of ‘The Summit Suite' as being inspired by the dual meaning of the word ‘Summit'; namely, being at the top, which this space is, and also being an important meeting. It is envisaged that many such meetings will take place there over years to come.
The purchase of this space concludes the latest phase of 6 commercial property acquisitions in Brentford by VCS, where it provides space for businesses seeking commercial space in West London.
VCS is best known for provision of high level consultancy advice to the commercial property sector. The firm has a diverse range of clients from large corporates, multi-nationals, government bodies through to major property funds, banks as well as private companies, investors and individuals.
VCS is a family run business now in its 25th year of operation within London Borough of Hounslow. It will focus upon development and growth of its core advisory and commercial property consultancy business in 2018 and 2019.
A new website will be launched shortly, which is in the final stages of its design.
VCS is retaining its present offices at Prospect House, 67 Boston Manor Road, Brentford, which is being leased to provide office space for businesses wishing to locate in Brentford, as part of its ongoing inward investment programme.
