Try our new Stress Buster class. The hour will include breathing excercises, gentle restorative yoga postures and deep relaxation.
No experience necessary and we can show you some excercises that you can do at home. Feel less stressed and learn how to stay that way.

        relieve stress, leaving you feeling relaxed 
        and energised.
        Suitable for all abilities.
          Where: at the Docking Station, 108 High Street Brentford TWB BAT 
        When: Wednesdays from 6.00 - 7.00 pm 
        (starting 22nd February - 28th March  for 6 weeks).
        What: Relaxation, Breathing Exercises and gentle Yoga 
        postures. No experience required.
        Cost: £40 for all 6 sessions or £7 drop-in.
        Please bring a blanket.
