        Feel Good : An Afternoon of Timeless Choral Classics
Following a hugely successful joint concert last year, the Standard Chartered Singing Club and local choir the Landmark Singers team up once again. Joined by community choir Landmark Sound, this will be an entertaining afternoon of choral music, featuring a range of music from John Dowland to contemporary classics; including “Now, O Now”, Autumn Leaves, Feel Good, Dance to Thy Daddy, 'Cross the Wide Missouri and Can't Take My Eyes Off You.

        Classic Film : You Were Never Lovelier
Nominated for three Oscars, Rita Hayworth and Fred Astaire star in this musical comedy set in Buenos Aires. Hayworth's outstanding performance establishes her claim as one of Astaire's foremost dance partners. Jerome Kern's musical numbers include 1940's hits Dearly Beloved and I'm Old Fashioned.

10th Anniversary Concert
                To celebrate the 10th anniversary  of the Musical Museum’s current building, our resident organist (and Director of  Music) Chris Barber presents a special concert on The Mighty Wurlitzer, telling  the story in music, words and pictures of the past 10 years. The concert looks  back over highlights and poignant moments since our opening in 2008. Musical  items include a selection of favourites from screen and stage. Chris will also play  the Museum’s Steinway concert grand piano, and we will feature a special  mystery item in the programme too! Enjoy a glass of Prosecco before the concert,  and be entertained by the sounds, spectacle and romantic playing of this very  talented musician. Tickets: £15.00.

        All That Jazz!!
        Magical New Zealand born singer Aivale Cole is back  in concert for a night of old-school Jazz, featuring songs from George  Gershwin, Cole Porter and more. Aivale will be accompanied by the amazing duo  Mark Hinton-Stewart on piano, and Mohammed Nazam on Guitar.   Tickets  £20.00.
          
                    Saturday 23 June at 7.45pm
          Taverham Brass Band
          Catch this wonderful band (who  performed at The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee at Sandringham in 2012) on their first  visit to the museum.  Led by Ian Colman  MBE, they will play a range of popular Big Band music from Stage and  Screen. The programme will also feature a tribute to the RAF on their 100th  Anniversary, and music from Andrew Lloyd Webber, celebrating his 70th  birthday. Tickets: £11.00.

          Laurel & Hardy Afternoon 
          Donald MacKenzie, nationally  acclaimed organist from London’s Odeon Leicester Square, will put his polished  musical talent to the test in improvising an accompaniment to short comedy  films from the much-loved Laurel & Hardy duo, and play a supporting  programme of popular music on the Mighty Wurlitzer. Tickets: £12.50.

          Hounslow Over 50’s Festival Silver  Anniversary Concert
          Join us to celebrate the  launch of the 25th Older People's Festival in Hounslow. Enjoy an  afternoon of opera and jazz, with tunes from the Mighty Wurlitzer. Tea will be  served. Tickets £6.00.
          
Saturday 28 July - Open Day 10.30am –  16.30pm
          An  activity-packed day featuring mini-tours of the collection, with instrument  demonstrations and the Wurlitzer  Experience – a brief history of the instrument, recital & short silent  film.  Family trails and craft activities  available.  Riverview Café open all day.  Free admission – donations welcome.

Tea Dances
Saturday 2 June, 21 July at 2.30pm
      Strictly fun –  join in a social afternoon of Ballroom, Latin and Sequence dancing, to the  sounds of the DJ’s selection of popular dance tunes.  All levels of ability are welcome, and a  partner is not necessary. Free dance lesson at 2pm. Tickets: £8.50 includes a  glass of Prosecco or tea/coffee.
        
        Opening hours
The Museum is open on Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holiday Mondays from 10:30am to 5pm, last entry is at 4pm.
Tours with live demonstrations of self playing instruments and the Mighty Wurlitzer take place at 11am, 1pm & 3pm.
The Museum is open on any day for groups consisting of 20 people or more. Please contact the museum for further details.
