Osterley park run is a free weekly timed 5K around the park – the run starts at 9am.
The run is not a race, however it is there as an event that can be used as the individual needs. Some runners come to try their hand at their first 5K and discover their pace; others come to better their previous performance; but others may use this as part of their training regime and enjoy the social aspect.
