Two bystanders injured outside West Thames College
Two people were injured after a car being chased by an unmarked police car swerved off the road and into a group of people waiting for a 235 bus.
The incident occurred near West Thames College this Wednesday (4 November) just before 9am. Two women were injured, a cyclist and a pedestrian.
The car, reported to be a BMW, was being followed by undercover police officers.

A statement from the police said, “At 8.57am, officers in an unmarked police car were following a car in London Road, Isleworth, when the car was in collision with a cyclist and a pedestrian waiting at a bus stop.
“The London Ambulance Service attended the scene and treated the cyclist and the pedestrian. The cyclist had sustained minor injuries and did not require hospital treatment. A woman pedestrian sustained an injury to her arm and was taken to a west London hospital for surgery.
“Three male occupants in the car decamped and ran off towards a nearby block of flats.”
