David Hanlon was arrested in Beaumaris Tower
David Hanlon (35), a man previously wanted on a recall to prison, was arrested yesterday at an address at Beaumaris Tower W3, in connection with a shoplifting offence committed on February 8th.
He currently remains in custody at West London Police Station.
